We used to be really good friends and text and hang out a lot. A lot. I made it really clear that I wanted to be friends only, and initially he was okay with that. But then we started drinking together and spending the night at each others places, and when I complained about my complete lack of boyfriend, he’d go out of his way to point out all things about me that most guys would love. I just thought this was something that friends do. But when I restated that I wasn’t interested in him, he immediately got a girlfriend, and we’ve barely hung out in the past few months.

I really miss him, I just don’t want to go (crawling) back to him and give him the impression that I want to be more than friends.
